True Love 真爱

Happiness is only possible with True Love. True Love has the power to heal and transform the situation around us and bring deep meaning to our lives. Love(metta),Compassion(Karuna), Joy (Mudita) and Equanimity(Upekkha) are the four elements of True Love. They are called “immeasurable” because if you practise them, they will grow in you everyday until they embrace the whole world.~Thich Nhat Hanh

Refuge

He who has gone for refuge to the Buddha, his teaching and his order, penetrates with transcendental wisdom the Four Noble Truths-Suffering, the cause of suffering, the cessation of suffering, and the Noble Eightfold Path leading to the ceassation of suffering

This indeed is the safe refuge, this is the refuge supreme
Having gone to such a refuge, one is released from all suffering.
