True Love - Let’s Sing Together Workshop

Workshop comprises of warm-up exercises, sing-along sessions,
practical use of multiple intelligence theory to communicate with
friends and family members, current research findings on positive
psychology and inspiring stories!

Facilitators:

Gladys So is a senior psychologist providing consultation to set up Buddhist Sunday Schools and Self Growth programs. She currently heads the Community Development and Training Department in KMSPKS. She actively explores the various Buddhist traditions and their respective Meditational techniques and Practices, and integrating these practices, making everyday living simple and fulfilling. 

Sean Liew is a Psychotherapist-coach/trainer. He has been working with children, youth, couples, parents and schools as a youth worker, counselor and trainer for over 10 years. His strong passion is in working with others in search of simple, true happiness in life. In addition, Sean is also a Certified Human Behaviour Consultant and has been active in the Buddhist Hymns movement since 1987.

Bodhicitta, a Dharma inspired music group established since 1997, with the passion to propagate Dharma through music. The group is active in Buddhist hymns/music production, sharing, composition and music well-being workshops. The group constantly aspires to engage, motivate, inspire and touch through their works.
